Furnished hilltop studio on a safe, secluded 4 acre estate 2 miles due east of and overlooking downtown Frederiksted, ocean and beautiful surrounding hills. Kitchen has a new refrigerator, microwave and WAPA saving induction style cooktop stove. The apartment has florescent ceiling lights and a ceiling fan, dresser, office desks and dining table with chairs. There 's ample shelf and closet space with extra room in a storage building right behind the back door. The lower bed on the bunk-bed is full size and can be folded into a couch, the top bed is twin sized. The windows and doors facing north, east and west allow unimpeded airflow and views of the rainforest and ocean.

No calls yet so willing to drop the price to $350. Should have also mentioned it has both cistern and back up well water with the well and cistern pumps both powered by solar panels and batteries so the water flow is not effected by WAPA power outages. The water is solar heated as well.

ALSO forgot to mention there is a washing machine with a very long clothesline. 🙂

I just moved in the upstairs unit, it's a very nice place, extremely secluded with amazing views & great breezes.

Sorry, my sister and law & her husband rented it..
The view IS amazing; it's pretty small though, I'd venture to guess it's around 450 sq feet.
its in the hills of little la grange.
