Fully furnished home with kitchen (microwave stove etc.) Tv ipod player. Ready for move in. Back yard has all the star fruit and coconuts you could use, as well as a shed or two for storage and working. Power and Water included. A big deal down on the island. Much of the year the land lord travels and tenant will deal with a property manager on call. Pets are dealt with on an individual basis.
