Newly built and furnished studio apartment on hilltop overlooking Frederiksted, ocean and surrounding hills.
Electricity and cistern included for $700. Long or short term lease with long term preferred.
Kitchen includes new refrigerator, microwave and induction cooktop stove which eliminates fire and burn hazards. There's ample shelf and closet space with more storage in rear shed. The bunk bed has a full sized bed on the bottom that folds into a couch, the top bunk is twin size. The windows and doors facing north, east and west give unimpeded airflow from across the valley while the Hunter ceiling fan and cistern behind the south wall also keep it cool.

The 2 bed room house attached to this studio has been painted and is being upgraded with added light and other fixtures, both it and the studio are available furnished and I'm open to reasonable offers. If you want to take a look at this unusually private and beautiful place PM me. The studio can be added along with the upstairs to expand the living space.
