Lush, quiet, safe, tropical location in Estate Dorothea with gorgeous ocean views, overlooking Dorothea Beach and Inner and Outer Brass Islands. You can hear the waves! Suitable for 2 persons max. Perfect for a pre-move visit or a relaxing vacation!
Special for April - Rates are $175 per night for 2 persons. April 1 - April 30.2013
Off season rates are $110 starting May 1 - November 15, 2013
Winter rates are $190 per night for 2 persons max.starting Nov. 16 - April 30, 2014
We also offer monthly rates for up to 3 month term maximum. Security deposit required for 1 month - 3 month rentals.
This nicely furnished rental has a full kitchen, separate bedroom, High Speed Internet, DISH TV, water filtration system, a generator on premises, laundry facility, separate private parking, wrap around deck and other amenities. It is the only rental on this 1 acre property.
Sorry, no pets.

My tenant had to relocate earlier than expected so A Place In Paradise will be available mid-March.
