Monthly rate for August, Sept. and October is only $1600 per month. Sorry, no pets.

Did I mention the rental is the only 1 on this 1 acre property and has a generator that runs everything when WAPA goes out?

Thank should be your lead line. Sporodic power is complaint I hear from many folks. In this day and age, with so many folks working online, consisant power is BIG deal. Looks nice. Good Luck.
