My husband and I are looking for a clean, updated place to stay from Dec 10 through Jan 10 for our PMV.

Would like a/c, deck/gallery, full kitchen, acess to a pool. Flexible on budget. Would like house or 2 bedroom condo. Would consider 1 bedroom place if it is spacious.

Please e-mail me with your rate for that time and photographs of your rental.
[email protected]

Thanks
Suzanne
(Must be clean and updated)

I don't know which island you wil be visiting, but you do realize that you are visiting at the MOST busy and expensive time of the year. You can expect to pay upwards of $5,000 for a 1 bedroom condo. Or more.

you might want to consider renting this from Nov - Jan to secure a place for your PMV

My family has a condo here is our website. The dates that you listed are available and I spoke to my father who deals with pricing and said if you are interested to contact him. [email protected] Also he would also a considerable discount for that length of stay. Thanks

Thanks,

I am looking for a place on St Croix. Sorry didn't mention that in my post. Linda J, I know it is the most expensive time of the year, but that is when our real estate business is quiet so it seemed like a great time to take a month off to enjoy ourselves and do our pre-move-visit.

We have had lots of feedback from the post and seem to have lots of options...so please keep your rental info coming. Please e-mail pics and pricing to [email protected] for Dec 11-Jan10. We'll be booking something by this Friday Aug 31.

Thanks
Suzanne
