Is this for short term, long term or vacation rental? What would be the price for whichever it was?

Is this available as a long term 1 year lease? I just stayed at Colony Cove 202 C for the month of July. We are ready to make the move to StCroix and interested in renting for a year. Please advise

We do rent /long term, in addition to weekly. I would entertain a 1year lease starting April 2011. If still interested, my email and phone are above. Thanks
