Hi everyone,
We have been coming to St Thomas for many, many years. I run a resort in Canandaigua, New York which will
be closing December 22nd. I have done this for many years as well. We need an apartment as soon as possible.
We don't need anything big. We are hard working people, no pets and all are kids now have kids of their own.
We would like at least a year lease. One bedroom or studio would be perfect. In town or Red Hook area a plus.
Please let me know of anything you might have available. I can fly down at any time to meet with you!!

I have a furnished 1 BR, 1 Bath for $950/mo. utilities/cable included.
Off street parking, private entrance, private deck with a ocean view.
SMALL pets allowed, non-smoker, for one, but not more than (2) person(s).
1st, last security, 1 year lease.
Available January, 2008 Island St. Thomas, very close to Antilles School, Frenchmans bay.
This apartment always rents the first day I list it when it`s available.

Not the couple. I am coming in on 11/6 for a job interview. interested in Jan rental, long term send reply ASAP as I leave at 3am on 6th.

do you still have this opening i have been looking to move towards that end of the island have been on islands since Oct 2005, I'm a manager at the Marriott, my girlfriend teaches at Antilles, when can we see the place
