My boyfriend and I will be relocating to St Thomas September 2009. We will be looking for a rental and it would be awesome to find one that could use some fixing up in trade for reduced rent. My boyfriend could practically build a house from the ground up and definitely knows his stuff. Any thoughts/info would be appreciated 🙂
