Hi,
The above is the link with the pics of the apartment. We are located in a family compound behind Mt. Washington. Utilities are included up to $150/month of our average utility bill. There are no laundry facilities on the premises. We can send you the Rental Agreement via email if you provide an email address. Have a great day!

Hi there,
I lived in Boetzberg last winter for six months and I was just wondering where this apartment is in relation to there or just in relation to town where my fiancé and I will be working. The apartment looks great. Would you consider a shorter lease? We will be on the island from January to April. Thanks so much for any info you can give us.
