This cute one bedroom apartment with private deck at the end of a private drive in Wintberg is in the same house as my last apartment in Wintberg, where I stayed for seven and a half years. The landlady, Valerie is the best, keeps the landscaping beautiful, the poolman comes and takes care of the pool and the jacuzzi...rent on this fully furnished (even has a bidet in the bathroom!) one bedroom includes water, electric, cable, etc. Just get your own phone and you're all set. It's $1,300/mo and pets are on a case by case basis.. Give her ring -at 340-775-5603. All you need to bring is a toothbrush!

If I didn't have to maintain places on both STT and STX, I'd be back there in a heartbeat. She's a great landlord, friendly lady and truly cares about her tenants...my place was the small one next to the pool...this one is on the other side. 7 1/2 years there wasn't enough for me...
