I am looking for an efficiency/studio/ or 1bed 1 bath apartment for less than 600 a month not including utilities. must be pet friendly, i have 2 cats both stay indoors and are well behaved. i am willing to pay a pet deposit. I need a lease that starts either at the end of july or the first few days of august. i am a clean and responsible young adult, non smoker, that will be attending the university on STX this coming fall semester. looking for a 6month-1year lease. if you know of anything please let me know. thanks!
