Good Evening everyone!
First, thank you for all of the helpful tips that I was able to review through others questions on the forum. All the information really made it easier and knowing that others have succeeded was a great inspiration.
I've made it to St. John and am in search of a rental here. I have seen a couple and missed out on one I really liked by a couple of hours. I have one to see tomorrow as well. I just wanted to put it out here in case any of you had any inside info 🙂 It does not have to be immediate, my temporary housing can be extended if needed.
Requirements:
1. Dog friendly
2. Has a stove/oven and fridge.
Price range:
Will depend on size/number of rooms/studio/furnished or not/what's included or not; if above $1700 needs to be 2/2.
Would likes:
A view and a breeze.
Location on island:
not extremely particular, I can see the benefits from one end to the other. 🙂
It is myself, my husband and our 60-ish pound 11 year-old super chill rescue dog.

Did you have any luck finding a place. My wife and I are in the same process and planning a PMV around Halloween with a final move in December. It seems finding a place to live is as hard as moving there.
