I'm relocating to St. Croix in three weeks. I've been looking at a few 1+1 apartments and thought it best to post here.
My preference is to live near Frederiksted, and I'm willing to pay $700/month maximum. The best I've found so far is $625 with one month security that is unfurnished and includes broadband access, electricity, and water (his words).
My plan is to have a colleague look at your place and tell me what he thinks.
