I have several apartments available now, or in the near future.
All units are furnished and include some house wares, A/C, garbage pick-up, lawn care.
Dish Satellite TV and wireless Internet.
Located 3 miles west of downtown Christiansted, 2.5 miles from the Hospital and about 4 miles from Hovensa.
Nice family neighborhood on a small, private, dead end road, with no through traffic and convenient to most of St. Croix.
Pet friendly (some exceptions)
Electric and water are additional but already on.
2B Efficiency - Immediately - $650
4B Studio - Immediately - $750
5A Large two bedroom, two bath - Immediately - $1295
2A Large one bedroom - May 20
5B One bedroom - June 21
Rates are for 6 month lease, or longer. Shorter term may be available, but we don't offer daily or weekly rates.

I sent you an email. We have a minimum rental of one month. You could take the small apartment for one month, and it would still be less expensive than a hotel for 2 weeks, but it would need to start almost immediately. I can't hold it open for you if someone wants it for a longer term.
