After the first of the year, I expect to have another 1 bedroom @ $850 and an efficiency @$650.

All rents include Dish TV and wireless Internet, as well as professional pest control, coin laundry in building and plenty of parking.

Electric and water are additional, but already on. No connect fees or additional deposit.
