Apartments available short term or long term on St. Croix

If you are relocating to St. Croix, or just planning to spend the winter months thawing out on a tropical island, we offer a perfect alternative to high priced condos and resorts. We have a small apartment complex, west of downtown Christiansted, with easy access to most everything on island. Our units range from efficiencies, one bedrooms and very spacious two bedroom, two bath. All are completely furnished and turn-key ready for you to just move right in!

Rental rates vary according to which apartment, length of stay, time of year, etc. Sample rates would be:
Efficiency $650
1 Bedroom $750
2 Bdrm/2 Bath $1095

Electric and water are additional, but already on. No need to pay a separate deposit or connect fee, and the rent does include FREE of charge....Dish Satellite TV, wireless Internet and pest control. Laundry rooms, parking and lots of nice outdoor space.

Discounts available for longer term rentals. Just let me know what you need, and we will customize a rental agreement to meet those needs.
