Apartments on STT

Hello All,

How realistic is it of me to think that I will be able to secure an apartment for October in July? I am coming in a couple of weeks for a pre move visit and would really like to be able to get a place to stay lined up.

I'm looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom, one or 2 bath - would like A/C and a view - safe area - around $1200 a month

Am I out of my mind?
thx

There was a similar post to yours just a few days ago. It's not likely, unless you're willing to pay the usual first, last, security AND rent for the period until you actually arrive. Check on that previous post, though. I believe it related to St. John but the responses were pretty general.
