Are there fabric stores on STX?

On the two times we have visited the island, we only found a fabric store in the downtown area of Christansted, and that one seemed to cater to weddings, proms, and school uniforms. As an avid quilter and sewer, I would like to be able to buy fabric and supplies locally. Any suggestions of places to buy locally versus online?

Also, is there a market for selling quilts on the island?

I'm a quilter also. There are no options beyond ordering on line. I buy from https://colchestermillfabrics.com. The owner is a home owner here You can message her on the stores Facebook page. I've no idea if there is a market for them.
