I am arriving on STT on Sunday!

My goal is to find a place on Monday, but I will have a couple of days.

I want to live in East End near the Ritz Carlton, since that is where I will be working. I have No specific budget, I want to look at all possibilities and choose best option for me.

Does anyone have anything or know of a great place to call? Are realtors the best source? Do you have to pay a "finders fee" to the realtor? Do they have access to all the same units (like MLS for houses)??? Or do you have to go through several to see all thats out there?

Also, does anyone know if Pavilion and Pools rents out?

Thanks for your help=)

I'm going to be moving out of my studio apartment soon (sometime next week). It's on the east end five min from the Ritz Carlton 1000 a month electricity and water included. it has AC fully furnished and clean (I have been taking care of it) TV some cable not much. The property has a pool on sight laundry and garbage removal. If you are interested let me know I can set you up with my landlord.

I currently work at the Ritz-Carlton as well. What will you be doing there? Where are you moving from? How old are you?

I have a studio that is right next to Sapphire Beach, which is about 2 miles from the Ritz. It has a pool, laundry facilities, gated and is 900 a month plusn water and electric. First, last and security required.

We also rent out private rooms (bath, AC, TV, frig, microwave) on a night to night basis.

M me if you are interested in either option .
