I can adjust rate for a 1 month PMV rental in April and May but having incoming vacation guests scheduled for 2 weeks starting June 10th.

Rates are as listed on link for weekly vacation rental rates but have wiggle room for 1 -2 month rental rate for PMV's.
Must have a car in this location.
