Newly finished and furnished studio apartment on hilltop overlooking Frederiksted, ocean and beautiful surrounding hills.
Electricity and water are included for $650, a friend wants to rent the place from June 23 through July but that can be cancelled if someone is seeking rent long term.
Kitchen has a new refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave and 2 induction cooktop stoves that cook without heating elements eliminating fire and burn hazards. There's ample shelf and closet space. The bunkbed has a full sized bed on the bottom that folds into a couch, the top bunk is twin size. The windows and doors facing north, east and west allow unimpeded airflow from across the valley. The cistern behind the south wall also helps keep it cool.

Hey, quit jumping to conclusions! Thought you had a good idea buying yours and intended to get a new one for there after you leave. And with that am bumping this ad up. Good luck in August BTW.

This is still available starting in May. For those who came to look at it earlier and didn't like the condition of the driveway that was finally repaired yesterday.
