I have a couple properties available, as follows:

New appliances and electronics, etc. Includes cable tv, wifi, local phone, security, pest control, dumpsters on site. 2nd floor end unit with beautiful view that includes Buck Island. Rental rate is $1500 per month plus metered power and water. Rate might be negotiable depending on lease terms. Make an offer and I'll run it past the landlord. He wants it rented ASAP! Available March 15th.
