The apartment has a beautiful stone bar in the kitchen, huge living room, spacious bedrooms (one with a sunken stone bathtub), one and a half baths, great lighting (many windows), and a large yard with mango trees, papayas, and other Caribbean fruits. The yard is landscaped and maintained by owner. Beautiful unobstructed mountain and ocean views. The area is safe, quiet, and gorgeous. This is an ideal apartment to write a novel, practice yoga and meditation as well as infinite rainforest adventures for the hardy hiker/naturalist. Your patio deck looks out upon a verdant valley which leads to the Caribbean sea....it's an absolute MUST SEE!
The entire apartment has just been freshly painted and the kitchen has been renovated with all new counter tops sink and comes with several appliances. The apartment comes FULLY FURNISHED - couch, love seat, 2 queen beds with night tables, dressers, lamps, rugs, wall hangings and kitchen appliances. Renter's will be responsible for monthly electric share of the bill and will need to turn on cable/wireless internet in their own name - the apartment is wired for both. Cats are ok, but no dogs.
