I know this house and it's a good deal at $2500 in my opinion. No WAPA bill!!

WAPA is "Water And Power Authority".. they're the power and water company for the island.
the stickler here is there's an added portion on the bill to assist the company with paying for fuel called the LEAC, which is more than the original bill itself! whew...
