Looking for renters for this 3bed 1bath townhome for August 2010. 1200sq ft, fully furnished, right outside downtown Christiansted(10 min walking distance). Dogs and cats are welcome. Quiet family neighborhood, 2 private off street parking spaces, washer/dryer. Nice little enclosed front and back yard. Ceiling fans in all rooms, full size kitchen, nice front porch with storage closet, hot water heater. Water and Electric are not included, but garbage pick up is included and comes twice a week. 1 year lease would be ideal, but will consider 6month. 1st and last months rent payable upon signing of lease. $1500/ month rent.
