Roomy, well-maintained and relatively new (5 years) studio available Aug 1. Very private, lush mountain-top (Bordeaux) location, ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED (including Dish TV and hi-speed internet). Full kitchen (furnished), living/bedroom furnished, enclosed side porch, small front deck, private entrance, one parking spot, laundry. Studio is downstairs from main house, but not under it so it's quiet. Prefer no pets but will consider small dog or cat. Cool all year round! One year lease and $1000 deposit required.
