BEWARE landlords on ST. CROIX

There is a man named Leonard that moved to St. Croix just roughly a week ago. He's from Jersey. He's not to be trusted and I would definately be wary of renting an apartment to him. He's being evicted from his current apartment after slashing his neighbors tires and mastrubating in front of the neighboring females. He's aggressive and obsessive. He'll insult and complimnet you in the same sentence. He's a black guy, 57 years old, 5'5" to 5'6", bald head with a beard/goatee, a bit of a belly, and he rides a bike everywhere as he has no car. Run him over with your car if u c him on the road; trust me your doing the world a favor.
