Just a heads up...I just looked at craigslist, and there are currently numerous fraudulent postings on there, particularly for St. Thomas.
Beware of apartments with central heat, and locations like city center of Virgin Islands or St. Thomas city, etc.
Here's a hint, too. If the ad says IN St. Thomas or IN St. Croix, look closely. Most people, when posting a rental, will say ON St. Thomas....not always, but usually. Don't discard the ad simply because of that, because sometime we all say in when we should say on, but keep it in mind.

CL can be good or bad. Some ofd my best rentals are from CL. But there are many that are simply a fraud. As a land lord you need to sort them out and cut them off at the pass.
So watch out!
