i am considering building a home on STX. I would like some information from some of the people that actually do the work. I have talked to a couple General contractors and now I would like to get opinions from other angles. Comments from People that have been through the building process would be appreciated. Thank you!

We're putting on the finishing touches on a place above Cane Bay.
Where will you be during the construction process Stateside or on Island?
