I haven't posted our availability in a while, so just a reminder to check out our website when looking for your short term or long term housing on St. Croix.

We cater to both long term residents (See our Oct. Special on our website!) and short term residents needing relocation or temporary work assignment accommodations. We will customize a rental agreement to suit your needs. All units are fully furnished and include Dish Satellite TV, wireless Internet and garbage removal on site. We have coin laundries and convenient parking, as well as green space for walking the pooch! Yes...we are pet friendly (some restrictions).
Our location is very central and convenient to most of the island, on a small, private road, with no thru-traffic. Owner/manager (me:-)) and live-in maintenance man on site.

I have a very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit available for October, either short term or long term. Rental rates and lots of good "need to know" info on the website. Check out our October Special, but if October doesn't work for you, let me know when you need a place, and we may be able to help. Also...smaller units available in the future.
