Good day everyone. I have just updated our Availability Page on our website: http://www.virginislandsrentals.com.
Over the next couple of months, we have various size apartments available.
Mid-May - Small One Bedroom - $850
May 20 - Studio - $750
Early June - Efficiency - $650
Early June - 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath - $1295
All units are fully furnished, have A/C, are equipped with house wares, linens, etc. and include FREE Dish Satellite TV, wireless Internet and garbage pick up. You will find lots more info and pictures on our website.
We are located approximately 3 miles west of downtown Christiansted, on a small, private, dead-end road, very secluded, yet convenient to most of the island. Owner/manager and live in maintenance man on site. Great neighbors!
Monthly rents posted are based on 6 month rental, or longer, but short term may be negotiated. Please email me, and let me know when you need a place, what size and for how long, and we may be able to help you out, even if you don't see what you need posted here.

Update:
I have 2 apartments available in the $850 range, and that includes about $200 worth of extras. Suitable for 1 or 2 persons.
Available either short term or long term. Perfect PMV or temporary housing while you get to know the island, or...you may want to stay long term.
