Couple of questions:
1. how large is the cistern and do you need to purchase water?
2. how large of a pet, or two pets area acceptable and is there a non refundable deposit for same?? We have two dogs, one large and the other small.
3. What is the rent if unfurnished??

This is a really nice property and I would have taken it had I not found a beach front home a little further east.
