Hey all,
I am a college student looking to take a semester off this fall and work in the USVI for a few months. I am thinking Aug-November. I have noticed there are lots of job opportunities at the Westin and Marriot. However, I am concerned about housing. I have called around to different villas and B&Bs about temporary housing on St. Thomas and St. John. The going rate seems to be about $800-$1500. Let me know if anyone is also looking for a roommate or could direct me towards housing. Thanks, guys! : )

August - November is the VERY low season in the VI. Your changes of finding affordable housing is good. Your chance of finding a job in the tourism industry, not so much.
