Hi Everyone,

I have just returned home from STT after completely updating my 1bd waterfront condo there. I put in a new fully equipped kitchen, new appliances, all new fans, A/C, furniture, TV, DVD player & rugs. It has walk-in closets and a deck overlooking the sea. The unit looks really lovely and is ready to be rented. It's immaculate and I hope it feels like home for someone.. There is assigned parking and laundry and property manager on site......6 month or 18 month leases available.
