Our condo is available in October, and until mid November. By that time it will be renovated (new floors, painting, new kitchen, etc). Awesome view. No pets allowed, though.

If anyone is interested, send me a PM and we can probably work out a good deal.

Do you mean you only want to rent the condo 10/1 - 11/15?
