Is anyone looking for a 2bed/2bath condo on STX? This unit is VERY well furnished with a beach and pool on the property. Rent is 2,600 a month plus phone and utilities. PM me if interested.

1 cat or 1 dog? There are only 3 condos on island that allow dogs, and a few more that have grandfather clauses for them.

The condo complexes I know of that allow dogs include:
Saman
Sweet Lime
Questa Verde
Coakley Bay
Plantation
Some of these have specific rules, such as a size limit or a quantity limit for pets and types. In some cases only owners are allowed to have pets in the units and tenants cannot.

Gentle Winds also allow you to have a pet.
