I have a couple of vacancies in 2-BDR, 2-BTH condos. Landlords prefer long-term tenants.
One unit at Colony Cove at $1200 per month
Complex provides cable TV, wireless internet, local telephone service, pool, security, dumpsters.
Tenant pays for metered water and power usage.
Unit is fully furnished and well equipped. Has full size washer and dryer and newer appliances.
End unit on ground floor, so suitable for those with mobility issues.
Unit is on the market for sale, but rarely shown in the slow real estate market.
Another unit is at Schooner Bay at $1500 per month

Paint being touched up at Schooner Bay. Should be ready by mid-month.
