Condo/Apt Wanted, 6 or 12 month lease

Hello all,

I am a 33 yr old single, professional woman moving to St. Thomas in early Autumn of this year. I currently own a mortgage company and have finally decided after 9 years, to turn over daily operations to a partner. I'll still be working from a home office part time but am also looking to pursue my next level SCUBA certification and Coast Guard 6-pack license. Living in the islands has always been a dream since I started vacationing there 6 years ago. I am a non-smoker, non-drug user and I don't drink to excess.

I am looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom condo/apt on the East End of St. Thomas with Utilities included and DSL accessible. Can do a 3m, 6m or 12m lease as needed. Furnished, Safe, Clean, preferably remodeled/updated or newer built with A/C and access to laundry facilities. Off street parking preferred.
