i have a condo at southgate courtyard villas available for $1250 per month longterm, or $1400 per month short term, price does not include utilities.
also a condo at coral princess, right on the water available for weekly rentals at $800, or short term rentals at $1400 per month plus utilities.
also have a one bedroom house, just up hill from 5 corners, approx. 1150 square feet, nestled in the woods on a 3/4 acre lot. needs a little sprucing up, so rent is cheap and would allow animals. looking to get $800 per month, can also work out deal to trade some rent for work.
