Aftanoon!
With the season barreling down on me I need some help. I need a Sous chef to work full time and one other cook to work part-time filling in for days off.
If you know any professional chefs looking for work, send them my info or send them to Salud Bistro.

My son used to work for John at Case Place for about a year as his main night time cook. He went stateside, but is looking to come back - please contact him at 340-332-2598. His name is Billy. You can contact John or Mo about his skills. He is currently living in Montana, but would move back in a heart beat.
