I have found an apartment on St john in Coral Bay for a god price. Does anyone have any info on this area? Are things in walking distace? Will it be easy to find a restaurant or resort job? Is there a localized town with businesses?

Coral Bay is not a town, it's a wide place in the road. There are some restaurants in the area. Define walking distance. In general, I think it would be hard to live in Coral Bay for very long without a car.
