I have a cottage for rent as of June 1st it is 1 bed room with a sleeping loft for guests I will send/ give more details, if interested. It is on top of a hill on a very quiet safe compound just east of christiansted. I will send Pics upon request and can be reached at 340-643-4431
I also have a Lg. Apt, with an office and 1 bedroom with an even more fantastic view than the cottage has available July 1st

Yes Pet friendly (depending on pet (s)..
$1,100 for the cottage Includes Lg generator, Landscaping.laundry facilities, Terminex, Dish (big Pkg) fully furnished (or not)..security 400 and only first month, lease w/Gd. references preferred
$1,600 for the Lg. apt Includes all of the above + utilities $400 security and only first month. lease w/Gd. references, preferred
