This Cottage is quiet and secluded, on a compound with owner on premises. High elevation, breezy, safe and secure; though private.
Main bedroom has a walk in closet, and bathroom. Second bedroom is a small loft area good for guests. Cathedral ceilings, Pyrimid roof. Entrance to cottage has private patio.The cottage is fully funished and there are laundry facilities to use on the premises..Lg. split A/C unit cools the entire cottage at a reasonable cost. Ceiling fans in bedroom and kitchen...full satillite programing included and monthly Terminex pest control. Landscaping services included. Choice dish for Wireless access on cottage. Cottage has it's own water collection system. Water, gas and electricity not included. Location East of Christiansted, 15 mins. to the hospital or Hovensa.
Availble September 1st. Lease terms negotiable, but preferred. 1st month and security required. Good References needed.
