This cottage is quiet and secluded, on a compound with owner on premises.
High elevation, breezy, safe and secure; though private.
Main bedroom has a walk in closet, and bathroom. Second bedroom is a small loft area good for guests. Cathedral ceilings, Pyramid roof. Entrance to cottage has a private patio. The cottage is fully furnished and there are laundry facilities to use on the premises..Lg. split A/C unit cools the entire cottage. Ceiling fans in bedroom and kitchen..Full satellite programing included and monthly Terminex pest control. Landscaping servicesalso included. Choice dish for Wireless access on cottage. Cottage has it's own water collection system. Water, gas and electricity not included. Lg. generator on premises for power back up.
Available September 1st. lease terms negotiable, but preferred. 1st month and security and favorable references required.

Does the owner allow pets? I have a german shepherd and golden retreiver. Both very well trained!
