This cottage is quiet and secluded, on a compound with owner on premises.
High elevation, breezy, safe and secure; though private.
Main bedroom has a walk in closet, and the bathroom. Second bedroom is a loft area good for guests. Cathedral ceilings, pyramid roof. Entrance to cottage has a private patio with sea views. The cottage is fully furnished and there are laundry facilities to use on the premises..Lg. split A/C unit cools the entire cottage. Ceiling fans in bedroom and kitchen..Full satellite programming included and monthly Terminex pest control. Landscaping services included. Choice dish for Wireless access on cottage. Cottage has it's own water collection system. Water, gas and electricity not included. Large generator on premises.
Location east of Christiainsted, 15 Mins. to the Hosp. or Hovensa.
Available September 1st. Lease terms negotiable, but preferred. 1st month and security required.
