We are looking to rent a nice, reasonable priced place , studio or one bedroom for one month or will house sit.......email us at [email protected], preferably in any of the months of Jan., Feb March and April..... We are non-smokers and non-drinkers....... Place must be smoke and alcohol free environment.

If you are lucky enough to find someone who will trust you with there house for a month to house sit during SEASON I wouldn't be picky about whether they smoked or drank. 😉

I have a studio that I rent out to persons on exploratory or short-term island trips. It is currently booked through mid-March. It is available thereafter. It is a strictly smoke-free dwelling.
That said, my family lives above the studio. We do not smoke but do enjoy a glass of wine now and then. If such alcohol proximity is acceptable, feel free to PM me.
P.S. my hubby lived in a treehouse before we married and I relocated him to the big city!
