We are moving to St. Thomas September 8th and are desperately looking for housing.

REQUIREMENTS:

-$900 or less
-Furnished
-Allows a declawed 5 year old cat

We would prefer something that includes all utilities and has internet and cable. If someone knows of an apartment/studio for rent or if someone has a room for rent in their house that would be great. Hi,

My wife and I have a nice, updated one bedroom waterfront condo for rent. It's on the East End (Red Hook), close to amenities and the view is fantastic. However, the rent is $1400, which is more than what you're looking for. If you explore the Relocation and classified message boards, I think you'll find that $900 w/ utilities included just isn't out there. A more realistic starting rent is probably around $1200 w/o utilities.
