Hi,

I have a friend that have one 4.5' dish align to satellite 119 but he is not using dish network because he has cable. There are a lot of single dishes around the island with both LNBs on it. He is going to move from his apartment but would like to rent it having a dish with both LNBs so the tenant can connect to dish network if they want to.

I'm looking for an installer that can help him.

Thanks!!!

Paradise Satellite can handle that for your friend. Have him call Karen & Alan at 340-718-2488 and they'll set him up. (tu)

DO NOT call the Dish Network 1-800 number or he''ll end up waiting weeks for the crew from PR...if they come at all! (td)

You can buy signal finder meters on Ebay for a few dollars and do it yourself, aim west and do a slow sweep. For sat 119 the dish is almost straight up and down, 110 is maybe 10 degrees higher .

Still your friend wil need the second LNB for Sat 110. A 4' dish isn't designed for two LNBs. He'll need someone who knows how to modify one. Or upgrade to a 30" dish which is designed for two LNBs.

He'll also need the appropriate switch.

Call Paradise Satellite 340-718-2488

He does not have a Dish Network account. He just wants to rent the place with both satellites align in his 4.5" dish. If Paradise Satellite can't help him out because he does not have a Dish account then can you guys recommend another person?

Thanks in advance!!

You don't need an active account just to have work done on a dish. Call Paradise and talk to Alan. He'll answer all your questions.
