Hi my name is Ms. Felix I'm looking for an mid island studio apartment for roughly $500/month with utilities included on St. Croix. I would like to move in for August 25th 2011. I would greatly appreciate your responses!

I just moved out of one in that price range, over in Golden Grove, right across from Spicy Grill over Naddy's Grocery, but there are not words for how strongly I do NOT recommend the place.

I have a new and furnished place more towards the west end if you haven't found a place yet that's very private with great views. I'd take $650 incl utilities but just got an $800 WAPA bill from another tenant so am wary now about including the electric and rent will be based long term on whether power bills are kept withing reason.
